You can control what BizAI says (or doesn’t say) to clients, and even how it sounds. It’ll automatically take on the tone of voice of your previous messages so it sounds exactly like you would, but if you prefer to tweak it, you can.

Propose appointments

BizAI will effortlessly take care of all the back and forth that comes with scheduling with clients. It’ll recognize the client’s request for an appointment, and look through your calendar to find times that match.

The tool is also able to understand ranges in availability and suggest appointments based on that. So, for example, if your client wants to schedule anywhere between 5-9 pm, BizAI can scan your calendar, see where you have free slots open during that time, and offer them to the client.

It’s important to note that, like all tasks, it will not schedule the appointments for you. It will simply send you a request for an approval of the appointment, ensuring your consent to the meeting. This is to keep you, the small business owner, in the driver’s seat, so you’re aware of everything that’s going on in your business.

Generate estimates

Because BizAI understands client’s requests, it can automatically generate estimates based on the client conversation. Furthermore, it’ll discern which service is needed even if the client uses different terminology.
