Platform Product Manager

vcita is looking for a talented and strategic Platform Product Manager to join our family and lead our Engines squad—the power behind vcita’s extensible platform!

vcita is a leading business management app designed for the modern SMB work cycle, covering client management, scheduling, billing, marketing, and more. As we continue to grow and scale, our Engines squad plays a critical role in enabling vcita’s partners, internal teams, and 3rd-party developers to build, integrate, and manage business solutions on top of our platform.

As a Product Manager on the Engines squad, you’ll be responsible for building and evolving the foundational products and tools that support vcita’s strategic partnerships and internal operations. Your work will empower developers, streamline partner onboarding and configuration, and help scale our platform capabilities for a global audience.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on complexity, loves APIs and system design, and can translate both technical and business requirements into powerful platform solutions.

• Own and evolve vcita’s Engines roadmap, including partner-facing APIs, SDKs, and internal management systems
• Translate business needs and partner feedback into detailed, scalable product specs
• Work closely with Engineering, Product UX, and Data teams to define, design, and ship robust, extensible features in an Agile environment
• Collaborate with strategic partners and 3rd-party developers to understand their use cases and build tools that support innovation on the vcita platform
• Empower internal teams (Partner Success, Sales, Operations) with tools that improve efficiency and simplify platform management
• Use data to identify usage patterns, spot opportunities, and validate product decisions
• Contribute to a clear and consistent developer experience with intuitive APIs and excellent documentation
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and CS to align roadmap goals with go-to-market and support strategies

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a platform or developer-product setting
• Experience working on APIs, SDKs, or internal tools—bonus points for prior work with partner ecosystems
• Technical background or familiarity with software architecture, developer workflows, and integration patterns 
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS or platform product development is a strong advantage
• A strategic thinker who can zoom out to see the big picture, but also deep dive into technical and UX details
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you're comfortable working with engineers, designers, partners, and execs alike
• A self-starter who can take a product from idea to launch with autonomy and leadership
• A passion for creating powerful, frictionless experiences for both technical and non-technical users
