Our app market grew enormously in the last 12 months, as we added many more useful integrations for you to easily connect to your core small business management platform.
Pro Campaign Editor
With the Pro Campaign Editor, small businesses can easily design professional email campaigns in just a few minutes. The app includes a massive range of gifs, videos, stickers, images, and call-to-action buttons that you can drag and drop into your emails to make them more engaging and encourage more click-throughs. Select one of the many templates available to speed up the editing process and ensure you’re staying top of mind.
Collect Tips
The Collect Tips app makes it simple for your clients to show their appreciation for your services by removing friction from the tipping process. Customers can quickly add tips onto their online payment and fund them using their preferred payment method, encouraging more tipping and boosting your bottom line.
app.rove
Invite customers to sign legal and business documents securely online in a matter of minutes from any device, anywhere, instead of meeting you in person. You can use app.rove to send multiple file types including PDF files and images; track all pending documents; and receive notifications when clients have signed. With app.rove, you’ll save time on document management and ensure that nothing goes astray or gets overlooked.

Our beloved mobile app received a number of improvements last year. It’s entering 2024 looking and performing better than ever.
New sleek look
We gave our entire app a facelift. Now it’s easier to find the features you need, plus the whole app works faster, responds more quickly, and delivers a better user experience. Improved calendar abilities and a more intuitive interface mean you’ll complete tasks in even less time.
Caller ID
The new Caller ID feature means that you can recognize any client or lead before you answer the phone. Take your customer service to the next level by addressing customers by name the second you pick up the call, and prepare to give the personalized and dedicated service that each customer craves, resulting in enhanced loyalty and increased customer retention.

We’ve done more to streamline, simplify, and de-stress payment processes for busy business owners this year.
Taxes
Taxes are a perennial headache, but our tax feature is an excellent painkiller. Now you can set different taxes for different products and services, and export data into an Excel sheet to speed up bookkeeping and tax prep. You can also show taxes on a separate line in your invoices and payments. This makes payments more transparent for clients, and will increase their trust in your business.
Recurring payments
Set up automated recurring payments to reduce the time you spend chasing clients. You’ll always get paid on time, and they won’t have to re-enter payment information every time they pay a bill. Set recurring payments for any frequency you like to suit your business setup, be it weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc. You can even schedule future charges in advance to prevent missed payments.

Your scheduling and booking processes can move up a level, thanks to these new features that we added in 2023.
New and improved calendar
Our calendar has benefited from a slew of improvements and additional features. Now you can set recurring meetings, so you won’t have to add the same details every week or month. Use time blocking to set certain periods of time aside for particular tasks. We implemented new infrastructure for calendar functionality to noticeably speed up response time, and enhanced print abilities so you can print the entire calendar on a single page for better off-line visibility.
Recurring events and blocked time
Time blocking is an effective productivity technique that can enhance focus, improve task prioritization, and ensure dedicated periods for essential activities, ultimately boosting efficiency and productivity for small business owners. Now you can apply it with our new time-blocking feature. Block off periods of time to reply to emails, meet clients, deal with suppliers, etc. Use it together with the new Recurring Meetings feature to set aside time for any regular activity, whether that’s consultations with clients, going to the bank, or checking expenses.
Booking CC
In a small tweak that makes a big difference, we’ve made it easy for you to include CC email recipients when you confirm appointments. If a client emailed you together with a CC address, you can simply send reminders, confirmations, and updates to every email account, helping avoid confusion and ensuring that clients don’t miss important messages.
